Amanda Wilken all decked out for a great day at the fair.

I also noticed, if you're going to have a fun fair day, you have to start with a good breakfast.
I think this Goat is scared.
Even with a treat bribe, won't budge.
Another treat.

They rolled a box onto the stage, then rammed long sharp swords into the box at different angles.
Claude removed the swords carefully , lifted the lid and out pops this beauty.
Asking for two assistants he tied the rope through the sleeves of the multi coloured coat, then like magic, the coat was FREE of the ropes.
A great lunch was upstairs and at the door were the money handler Jean Clarkson and security guard, Ruth Harding .
This was not the actual pig race, just testing the track.
All things were going well until the brown pig forgot something and wanted to go back.
This has always been a tough event at the fair.
But it seems like once ya get her rollin it's an easy ride.

With the help of sponsors the Pig/Duck races were a success.

Yikes, here they come.
Now it's the Ducks turn.
The Ducks needed more encouragement.
Come on Ducky, I think that is Donald in the lead.
If it looks like a Duck, quacks like a Duck, waddles like a Duck, and so on.
The scheduled midway supplier pooped out.
